All jewelry in stock that can be ordered on our website is shipped from Germany.

Within Germany shipping takes 1 - 3 business days. Within the EU 5 - 7 working days.

Yes, you can select this as an option in the order process. It costs a small extra charge.

Yes, all shipments are sent with a tracking number. You will receive the tracking number from us in the shipping confirmation email.

You have of course the legal right of return of 14 days.

The exchange of a ring for a larger / smaller ring of the same model is still possible 30 days after ordering.

Personalized jewelry is excluded from exchange. This includes custom-made items and jewelry with desired size and / or engraving.

You can choose the design, metal and gemstones yourself. Here you are as good as no limits.

This depends on whether gemstones are used that are already in stock in Bali or these still need to be ordered. Normally, a custom made takes 6 - 8 weeks.
