Shipping time

Each piece of Spirit of Island jewelry is handmade for you and packaged with love. The processing and shipping time for products that can be ordered in our store is usually:

Germany: 1 - 3 business days

Austria: 3-5 working days

Other EU countries: 5 - 7 working days

Rest of the world: 7 - 15 working days

Exceptions: For personalized jewelry (e.g. sizing or engraving), the delivery time is normally extended by 3 - 5 business days. Customized pieces, which are commissioned in Bali, currently have a delivery time of about 6 - 8 weeks.

The shipping times given are the usual shipping time estimated by our shipping partners. Holidays, strikes, postal or address errors, congestion (e.g. Black Weekend, Christmas season, lockdown) or unforeseen events may delay delivery. Therefore, no guarantee can be given for a specific delivery date.

Shipping costs

Spirit of Island will cover your shipping costs - for all shipments within the EU!

Shipping costs outside the EU depend on the respective shipping service and will be calculated at checkout. When shipping to non-EU countries, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, etc. may apply. These are levied by the respective state when crossing the border and can therefore not be taken over or refunded by us.

Shipment tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation via email with your personal tracking number.

If there are any delays on the shipping route or delivery obstacles, please contact us via email and we will help you.

Return

We want you to be happy with your order! Therefore you can return your order within 30 days after receipt your package back to us. The amount will be refunded within approximately 3 business days (from the time your return arrives at our warehouse) using the payment method originally used at the time of purchase.

Please note that due to our Fair pricing and sustainability model do not offer free returns. The cost of return shipping is therefore the responsibility of the customer.

Returned products must be in original condition: Jewelry boxes and pouches or boxes must be completely intact, products must be new and unworn. Personalized jewelry (e.g., sizing, engraving, custom orders, or other personalized products) are not eligible for exchange or return. We recommend shipping with tracking number, as Spirit of Island cannot accept liability in the event of loss of the package in transit. No freight collect packages can be accepted. Returns can only be sent to our warehouse in Wuppertal using the returns form. Returns to other addresses (stores, company headquarters etc.) cannot be processed.

Exchange

If your piece of jewelry is too big or too small or if you like another piece of jewelry from our collection better, this is of course no problem! Please send us a message by email or via our contact form with the respective exchange - wish. Then simply send us your piece of jewelry back and we will send your desired piece of jewelry to you immediately after receipt of your return. Please note the above point for the return.
